Dalys’ engineers will be happy to assist with all faults whether you have a major fault, programming changes or assistance with the use of your system.
If you have a Maintenance Contract with Dalys you are covered for:
- remote diagnostics
- replacement of NEC equipment and associated labour costs
- fault reporting and follow up via Dalys Direct or with your line provider
- Dalys’ engineer site-visit if necessary
