Dimension first became a Dalys customer in April 2016 for their on-premise phone system. They then became an IT Support customer in September 2021 running on a monthly support contract.
1. What have you been able to achieve with Dalys IT Support?
“We receive exactly what we would expect from an IT Support service. All enquiries are met in good time. The team are very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and amenable. During this time we have had an all new server and storage platform installed, with enhanced capabilities, capacity and a more robust disaster recovery plan implemented. This was carried out seamlessly, with minimum (if any) downtime for the business.”

“We have a good working relationship with Dalys for 6-7 years now and we expected to maintain that level of service when purchasing IT Support. The team always responds well, and all issues are resolved quickly. I will say in terms of site visits your team has been more willing to come out to visit us when we are having technical trouble. You have exceeded our expectations in terms of being more hands on.”

No, Dan, Seb, Sam, Luke and Alex (our main contacts) always get back to us when they say they will, if the query can’t be resolved right there and then.

‘Knowledgeable’ doesn’t matter who you get on the phone, you get the same quality, depth of knowledge, and service, to resolve our IT needs quickly and efficiently.
