Messaging includes individual messages to terminals, broadcast messages to a group of terminals and confirmation messages by the user. Different priority levels allow staff to differentiate between messages.

MyCalls Manager offers a range of features to support communications such as call tracking, to report and act on any missed calls so no important information is ever missed. Also included is a handy click & dial feature for speedier and error-free dialling, and gives the ability for users to listen back to their own calls to confirm specific points made in a conversation. Coupled with the ability to see who is calling prior to answering the call can also help with customer service issues. An optional add-on feature is call recording, which is invaluable for training, confirmation on key points in telephone conversation and dispute resolution that may be required, this has proved to be a really useful tool for a lot of businesses not just in the logistics sector but amongst a lot of sectors that we deal with.
