Not often do people reach out to give positive feedback, they always focus on the negative! However – I have to say, your service and sales team combined on Friday did a fantastic job of reacting to a big outage to our telephone system. The service team got the call from us Friday morning – worked out the issue and the solution and by 11/12:00 they were on the road to Newcastle to fit a whole new telephone system. Back up and running by the evening. Our realistic expectations were Monday/Tuesday this week so great effort in sorting everything on the same day!!

We have used Dalys for our telecommunications for many years and we have always found their advice and service to be excellent. The engineers that come site are extremely proficient in their work. Being a multi-site operation we need to have full visibility of all sites and the ability to work as one single business, which has been achieved.
Following a recommendation by our IT support company, we contacted Dalys to discuss our telecommunication requirements. We received excellent advice on telephone systems and our additional cabling requirements, and an excellent lines & calls package to help with day to day costs. The installation was carried out with the minimum of disruption to the business by the Dalys’ engineer.
