Daly Systems at Rockingham Raceway
September 2005

Daly Systems and guests enjoyed an exciting day of racing entertainment at Rockingham Raceway in Northamptonshire on Sunday 4 September, at the SCSA Championship. NEC Infrontia sponsor one of the cars run by Team West-Tec, based in Corby, and driven by Michael Vergers.

The Daly Systems party included Dan Rash and Robbie McFarlane from Enterprise Rent A Car Limited, Tony Dickinson from Stead & Simpson and their respective guests. Two tickets had been donated by Daly Systems to the Charity Auction held at The Plough in Littlethorpe to raise funds for the Leicester based Cancer Charity, HOPE. Michael Spong was the highest bidder for the tickets at the Auction and he and Landlord, Dave Cunningham, completed the group. The auction has become an annual event and a total of £14000 has been raised at the auction over the last three years.

The NEC Aspire car finished 3 rd and 2 nd in its’ two thrilling races, and the championship title now in the grasp of Michael Vergers and the NEC car with just one more round to go on 2 October 2005.
