MyCalls will give you a real-time summary of telephone calls via your NEC phone system. This enables you to view information such as the number of calls received, duration of call, calls that have been lost and calls to DDI numbers.
MyCalls Call Manager has all the features of MyCalls, but with the additional benefit of being able to generate historical reports at times to suit the user, whether this is hourly or weekly. Reports can also be generated when specific set parameters have been broken, i.e. if there is a sudden increase in calls being abandoned notification is sent to you, so the problem can be rectified immediately to retain your service levels.
MyCalls Call Centre adds ACD (automated call distribution) to the package. ACD shares the incoming calls evenly between agents within a group, and can automatically log-out agents who are not picking up calls directed to them. ACD will also give out your initial announcements when the call is picked up and repeat comfort messages to callers to encourage them to hold.
MyCalls Enterprise has the features of Call Centre, however Enterprise also allows use of unlimited lines and extensions and supports multiple NEC systems, on multiple sites, providing centralised call management.
MyCalls Call Recording allows you to make fully encrypted call recordings of both incoming and outgoing calls using either MyCalls Call Manager or Call Centre interface. The inbuilt security features include permission levels for playback. The search facilities make it easy to find specific conversations. Recordings can easily be archived, exported to WAV files or saved to disk for future reference.
