Music & Information on hold

Music & Information on hold

A few short informative messages playing whilst transferring calls or having a messages of welcome, will inform callers more about your business and the services you offer.

Information given to callers whilst on hold can be used to advise customers of new services or products, changes to hours of business and also assures the caller that they have not been cut off! Callers are far happier if they are able to listen to music and information whilst on hold and are, therefore, happier to hold for a few moments longer when you are busy or are sourcing information to assist them.

Listen to the music and voice choices below to make your selection:

Music and information on-hold can easily be added to your system with either a commercial CD player, media player, or DSP, and we will be able to advise you of your best option dependent on your system set-up.

Information on hold:

• informs callers of additional services
• gives details of new products
• gives a professional image

Welcome messages:

• greet customers when they call
• direct callers to the correct department
• give a professional image

Arranging your recording through Dalys couldn't be easier, and we don't tie you into a contract:

• decide on the message you wish to convey
• forward your script (assistance with writing or editing is available)
• select the background music and voice-over artist
• CD or wav file delivered to your preferred method of playing which may entail an visit by our engineer

NB: If you prefer to use your own music we are happy to use this, however, please be aware that this may be subject to Copyright and would mean that  your company would have to apply for a Performing Rights Licence from the PRS.
