DSM - picks a winner!

Congratulations to Geraldine Goldstraw of Willow Foods, who was the lucky winner of our DSM 2007 Customer Satisfaction survey prize draw!

The Daly Systems Maintenance Customer Satisfaction Survey once again brought very positive results for the team. Overall DSM customers were extremely pleased with the service they had received when calling the helpdesk

100% of our customers thought their call was answered promptly with 55% marking this as excellent. 97% of respondents thought that we reacted to the call effectively and professionally, with the same result for the quality of the progress reports received. 97% must be our lucky number as that number of surveys were returned with a ‘very pleased' or ‘pleased' response regarding the ‘outcome of the query/fault'.

The ‘good' to ‘excellent' categories on the question of ‘Professionalism' scored a whopping 100%!

And, with a score like that it was not surprising that all respondents were positive about recommending us, with 92% saying they definitely recommend DSM to other companies.

So to sum up, 2007 was an extremely encouraging year for DSM with a 100% positive reply from our customers about their overall experience.
