Helpdesk Support Operative - Call centre experience within a technical environment is required. Duties include, logging incoming support calls onto our internal database, liaising with external agencies, running and updating reports. The successful candidate will be IT literate with router and internet experience, knowledge of networks and experience of VOIP would be advantageous. This is an office based role although some site visits may be required. Immediate start available. Full training will be given.

Sales Order Administration Assistant - An excellent telephone manner, good written and spoken English are a requirement for this position. This is a varied role, assisting our sales executives, speaking to existing customers and suppliers to process ‘add-on’ sales. GoldMine and SAGE knowledge would be an advantage although full training will be given. Salary start £13K
