Horsendale Primary School
- Press Release April 2006

Horsendale Primary School, in Nottinghamshire had a problem (or two) with their communications. They had two telephone systems, one that could be used to make outgoing and receive incoming calls and one which had been kindly donated to the school, which was used as an intercom system but could not connect to their outside lines and, therefore, calls could not be transferred.

As members of ESPO they were introduced to Daly Systems’ services through their website www.espo.org, Brian Summers Head Teacher at Horsendale School was able to get in touch with Malcolm Roe, Daly’s ESPO Account Manager, who was able to suggest an NEC XN120 system to suit their requirements.

An auto-attendant with voice-mail capabilities can now direct callers to a member of staff or enable them to leave a message. There were also two independent lines, one used just for the fax machine, and having these both brought on to the system gave more flexibility.

I am absolutely delighted with Daly Systems. The service we received was first-class and the system is working exactly as we had hoped. Having the auto attendant and voicemail facility means that messages may be left for individual teachers and information can be given to callers, for example details of school holidays etc.” said Brian Summers – Head Teacher.
