Elizabeth Michael Associates Ltd, the Nottingham based recruitment and HR consultancy were very unhappy with their telephone system; although very recently installed it had not performed as expected and did not fit the company’s current working patterns. 

After ascertaining the requirements Peter Daly, MD of Daly Systems Ltd was able to recommend the NEC Aspire system which gave the 16 office-based staff the features they required from their system, including: voicemail, busy lamp fields and an efficient after sales service and support facility.  They also need to include and MP3 player connected to the system to allow the company’s current ‘information-on-hold’ to be utilised.  The changeover to the new Aspire needed to be seamless, to ensure that there was no system downtime resulting in loss of business. 

The Aspire has proved to be a big hit with the company, working with them as part of the team rather than the consultants having to adjust their working methods to suit the system.
