Three Leicester based companies, CSL, Daly Systems and Torr Waterfield joined together to hold a horse racing day at Leicester Race Course. The rain held off and nearly a hundred staff and customers enjoyed a fabulous afternoon's racing and hospitality in the Racecourse's Club Room. The between-race gap gave everyone the opportunity to do a spot of networking with other local businesses and to swap some tips for the next race! Two special guests at the event were representatives from The Hope Foundation for Cancer Research; the Leicester based charity that fund research in to the causes and treatment of cancer in Leicestershire and Rutland; Barbara North and Helen Hope were presented with a cheque for £500 which was raised from a raffle that was held during the afternoon.
