Daly Systems recruits midlands agency MEM Recruitment was established in 1994 as an employment agency specialising in industrial staff. Two years ago, following their success in this area, they branched out into the commercial, IT, accountancy and also the driving and automotive sectors of the market. As part of the Daly Systems service, a full evaluation of the telecommunication systems was carried out at the MEM branches in Northampton, Milton Keynes, Bedford and Wellingborough. Ian McLaven, Director, admits, “Our systems were all over the place, our equipment, lines and billing all with different suppliers. We chose Daly Systems because they offered a complete package and we were extremely impressed with the Aspire demonstration at NEC headquarters. The demo gave us the opportunity to ask some questions that may have appeared to be basic but also the chance for our Operations Manager, Ian Baggott, to ask more technical questions, all of which were extremely well answered.” Being in a business that relies so heavily on telephone contact the reliability of the system was paramount. Also, with a Maintenance Contract in place and the DSM Helpdesk available for assistance there is sufficient backup should a problem arise. Ian went on to say, “The training we received was excellent and we have found the Aspire to be extremely easy to use and very functional. The voicemail options and the many functions available have been really valuable to the ‘techno’s’ amongst us.” Ian also remarked, “We are very pleased with all services from DSL and would recommend DSL to anyone upgrading or renewing their communication systems. DSL have the resource to cope but still with a friendly and personal service.”
