Helpdesk - Technical Support Engineer
The
ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience offering
customer support over the telephone, by email and remote diagnostics, as
well as customer site visits.
The successful candidate will join
a busy helpdesk dealing with business to business telephone and IT
related service calls. The skills required include IT networks
experience, VPN, VoIP, firewall and switch configurations. A general
knowledge of software applications in a Microsoft environment is
essential.
Knowledge of telephone system set up and programming would be an advantage.
