Daly Systems worked closely with me and other staff at Bushloe High School on the development and installation of a Voice over IP telephone system for the new Bushloe build. The school has been completely re-built as part of a Leicestershire programme to replace five schools in the authority with state-of-the-art new buildings.
I was closely involved with Daly Systems from the very beginning of the project; they consulted with the school on how we wanted the system to work and explained what functions could be made available. Throughout the design process and the subsequent installation, Daly Systems were a professional and friendly face who helped us through the process. Their representative (Malcolm Roe) was always available, accessible and understanding of the needs of us as an educational establishment.
Daly Systems provided the system that we had agreed upon in time and with no fuss. The system has blended seamlessly into our new ICT infrastructure. The training that followed was thorough and helped us make best use of the system that is still developing and being improved.
As a result of the work undertaken by Dalys, our systems have been much improved.
