Willow Foods Ltd was established in 1992, and now operates from a 6500 sq ft chilled warehouse near Chester. Their fleet of over 20 temperature-controlled vehicles distributes across the North, the Midlands and North Wales, daily making in excess of 400 deliveries.

As a telesales-driven business the upgrading of their telecommunications system was vital, when Willow Foods relocated into new premises.

Amongst their prime requirements were:- automatic dialling from screen; abbreviated dialling giving quick access to all cab phones and other regularly called numbers; ability to transfer calls between mobiles and land lines; to voicemail – whilst l ensuring that customers speak to a member of staff at all times during business hours, therefore not opting for a fully automated system, and first-class support. Daly Systems was able to offer a solution to all of the above requirements with an NEC 96+. Willow Foods also found the ability to display missed calls and being able to forward calls and being able to use 'do not disturb' to be very useful.
