Daly System’s customer Chris Marsden, of Marsden Walters & Associates was the lucky winner of the 1st race sweepstake at the 2004 British Superbikes Championship at Mallory Park.

Marsden Walters, based in Loughborough, was founded in the mid 1990’s to give a complete marketing solution, from direct mailing to exhibitions. Historically, Marsden Walters and sister company D4, though working from the same premises, had individual lines and contact telephone numbers for their clients. Daly Systems Limited recommended installing an NEC Aspire telephone system on ISDN lines.

The Aspire was set up to display the destination company as well as the caller details, increasing efficiency and giving savings on line rental. To heighten security the new system is also programmed to operate the door entry system, so that callers can be screened before being admitted using any handset. Chris stated that “Daly Systems supplied us with a cost effective solution to our particular telecom requirements”
